Print Magazine Subscriptions

Cancellations and Refunds

Once a print subscription is confirmed and the first issue has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, if you have made a payment in error or have been charged more than once for the same subscription, you can request a refund within seven working days from the date of payment.

Refunds are processed only after verifying the transaction and confirming that the request meets our eligibility conditions.

Damaged or Missing Copies

If your printed magazine arrives damaged, or if you do not receive an issue due to postal or courier delays, please inform us at info@legalfirms.in. A replacement copy will be arranged at no additional cost, subject to availability.

For recurring delivery issues, we will extend your subscription period to ensure you receive the number of issues you paid for.

Digital Subscriptions

Refund Eligibility

Digital subscriptions, once activated, are non-refundable as they provide immediate access to premium online content and downloadable PDFs.

If there is a technical error preventing you from accessing your subscribed content, please contact info@legalfirms.in. Our team will resolve the issue promptly, and if the problem cannot be fixed, a prorated refund or service extension may be provided at our discretion.

Event and Webinar Registrations

Cancellations and Refunds

Registration fees for paid webinars or events are non-refundable. In case an event is postponed or canceled by LegalFirms, registered participants will either receive a full refund or an option to transfer the registration to the next scheduled session.

For scheduling conflicts or accidental registrations, please email info@legalfirms.in at least 48 hours before the event for possible adjustments.

Refund Processing Timeline

Payment and Settlement

All approved refunds are processed within seven to ten working days from the date of approval. Refunds are issued through the original mode of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Incorrect or Duplicate Transactions

If a duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error or connectivity issue, please notify us at info@legalfirms.in with your transaction details and payment confirmation. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded in full.

International Subscribers

For subscribers outside India, refunds for print subscriptions are limited to cases where the order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions or customs-related issues. In such cases, LegalFirms may offer a digital subscription in place of the print edition or issue a refund where applicable.
