Injustice, just rebranded.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A gig worker, dismissed by an app he can\u2019t argue with.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A freelancer, chasing payment across jurisdictions that don\u2019t recognize her as an employee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A remote worker, monitored by a system that tracks productivity but forgets humanity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019ve built a world where work can travel across continents \u2014 but accountability still refuses to leave its cubicle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I believe the question India faces today isn\u2019t just about <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">how<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> we work. It\u2019s about <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">who<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> we work for \u2014 and what we\u2019re willing to lose in the name of efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Progress without protection isn\u2019t evolution; it\u2019s erosion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Flexibility without fairness isn\u2019t freedom; it\u2019s fragility.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technology has given us power to create, connect, and collaborate like never before. But it has also created a dangerous illusion \u2014 that automation equals advancement. The truth is, no economy can sustain itself on invisible labour and unacknowledged rights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every delivery rider, every data analyst, every nurse, teacher, or warehouse worker \u2014 they are not statistics of a digital economy; they are the economy.
